Refund and Cancellations

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and that's why we have a hassle-free refund and cancellation policy for our B2C customers. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it. For refunds, please reach out to our customer care team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will initiate the refund process after verifying the reason for the return. Please note that we will only process refunds for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they were received.
